Optimus Prime (Transformers) "toy" helmet review

It's a toy unless you modify it with a better paint job and weathering or something.

no. it's a toy through and through. but it's a cool toy / costume / display peice from the movie. It is afterall a movie about toys.

plus it's not 1:1 :lol

I went to Target today and all they had was the battle sounds one and not the original voice one.

I might go to Toys-R-Us this weekend and look to see which one they have.

Anyone else notice the writing on the front right (his left) side of Prime's mouth?

I got to walmart to late to get one, came around the corner of the aisle to watch a small boy pick up the last one, look at it yelled "DAAADD" and then him and DAD walked off with it. nice part is they made more. no worries.

Just returned the first one I bought from Target. Went to Walmart and they had them. They are mixed in with the others so check Walmart as well if you can not get to a Toys R Us. Oh and thanks guys for this my youngest son is on a major Transformers kick and I am glad that I could get him the one with the real Primes voice.

Yeha, its not in the right place, but if you checkout the movie posters, they have little symbols all over their heads.

if you get one of the transformers lunchable packs theres a cybertronian alphabet decoder on the back...not sure if its accurate to the movie designs, but might be worth a check.

no luck here just the none Peter version.
Maybe someone can buy some for those that can't find them?

update all..
I found one (more then one) with Peter's voice but one thing
there not all repackage. It was in the box like the other. I was looking at them at Toy-r-us and of course had to "try" it and notice it was not BW Prime voice but the one and only Peter. I checked others and found one with BW Prime voice and then another with Peters. So if you are looking check them all by playing the sounds. ToyRus has them on sale for $29.99 and "Free Transformers Real Gear Robot 7.99 value with any Transformers pruchase of $25 or more! " so I also got a kinda Buzzsaw like one. He is "TransFormers Real Gear Robots - Booster X10" for free!

The helmet is great, even has padding around the eyes on the inside. Made very well.
I thinking about weathering mine latter.
