Love these videos! It's interesting that they have to essentially disassemble the whole ship to change the mounting point. I know that this model is technically more sophisticated than the 5' Falcon, but weren't there just covers on the Falcon that they would pop off and then slide the mounting rod in?

Yes, I don't remember how many of those mounting rods were in the 5' MF, but I saw, not long ago, that some were in the escape pods parts of the model (on each side).
