UD has been away at SDCC, you may be better off calling them tomorrow since they probably have a huge backlog of emails, David will help you out!

Ah yeah that's right. I did get a return email when I sent in another one yesterday. I really wish I could call David up though but I'm currently not in the US

Whoops my bad! >_< I just recalled that there was a currency conversion in my Paypal transaction from USD to CAD. Anyway, my only worry is the phone bill since I've never really called anyone overseas in the past. I'll inquire on the rates.

Very excited and anxious to hear about the gloves I ordered! I looooove the lighter color! They look so much more accurate!

Fits like a glove! Just thought I'd share some pics. The last one is me being silly with Finhead's urethane helmet w/o the leather straps yet. I'm gonna need to rub some dirt on this suit to get it ready for Halloween! Superb work yet again, David, I'm more impresed with the TFA suit than the TDK suit.

You should have received it now then. What's telling you that it shipped? Have you tried checking the status after logging into UD?

I got a shipping confirmation for my TFA suit but didn't get one when they shipped out my TDK suit, this was all a few months ago and I've received both suits since. If David's not available via phone (he usually is available), I'd just hang tight and try calling in a couple days. You should receive it within a reasonable timeframe.

As for discontinuing the suit, that's really a shame, this suit looks a lot more screen accurate than the TDK suit. Those who're on the fence, DO IT!

To those who want to distress the suit, all I did was rub graphite powder on it and that did the trick. The blue leather also gets slightly darker with graphite on it, but still retains most of the shine unfortunately. Overall it still looks amazing, I'll post pics up in the cosplay section when I get the rest of my TFA leather pieces done around the end of the month, also doing a mini mod on the UD belt to make the back part look more screen accurate.

If you get the answering machine it means we're not in...but if it rings on and on without the answering machine message then we're here, but all of our lines are tied up!
So sorry you've had trouble getting through...we're here, every day and I personally take all calls from 9:30-3:30PM. I hope to hear from you soon...:thumbsup

Got my Cap suite and all I can say is WOW! Truly amazing design and execution in build construction! I have several motorcycle jackets and this is hands down the best quality and design! Very glad to get it before it was sold out. Was sad to hear that it was discontinued.
It even arrived way earlier than I expected! Saw the package at my office one afternoon and it sure made my day!

Got my Cap Jacket yesterday truly impressed. The detail on this jacket is outstanding. It's an XL which is a bit too snug for me I wish I ordered the XXL. :facepalm

I missed the sale but Im finally getting to be in a better place financially. Any chance UDR would ever return to CA TFA?

I'm on your side, and believe that our CA:TFA and even Daredevil were 2 of our more ambitious and well executed items from our Marvel line, however our Marvel collaboration has run its course...and it's time to make room for new studio licenses from different brands, films and characters.

I've loved every product made through this license but as we continue to grow, and add to our ever growing catalog of products...we have to be sure that from a production stand point that we can always deliver on our promises...which means we need to make room for new blood.:thumbsup

You're not totally out of hope because our online retailers have stocked up on our last CA pre-sale...and you can find some of them on ebay. Go quick, because they're going fast!
