I am interested as well. As for the color, I'll have to watch it again. I too thought it was white, and just got progressively dirtier as the movie progressed.

I think the light grey is the best option. I don't really want to weather mine much, I'd like it to stay a bit cleaner, yet still have that older look to it. I'll go with whatever you decide, but my votes for light grey!
