I posted a tutorial MANY years ago, but can't find it. I'm getting a lot of questions about assmebly, so I thought I would take more pics and repost a basic tutorial for my parts.

This is awesome! Where does one find the proper threaded rod?

You can pick up a threaded rod at pretty much any hardware store in various lengths. You *might* need to cut it down a bit, but it's fairly easy with a hacksaw.

I have the correct length rods in hand right now, but I was planning on offering them as part of a kit. Rod, spacer, and emitter cone. The cones are almost ready.

James Kenobi 1138 reminded me about the parts alignment a couple days back. I'll be posting that info on my site soon for those in need

This is the easiest set up for use with my cone & pommel.
Any other parts combinations can be used so long as the parts can slide on to a 3/8-16 rod. All parts are held in place by simply tightening the cone and pommel, and makes for a VERY STURDY saber. :cheers
