No More Heroes Bad Girl Bat

for all you who have played this game or know anything about it my girlfriend and i are cosplaying as Travis and Bad girl
but we have no idea whats on her bat
any ideas

There's definitely some writing on there. Perhaps a name or brand ending with 33.

The first letter looks like an O to me and ends with 33..Not a C...How about you just etch the letters you know and cover the rest with blood since you cant figure what it says...

I did a search online to see if it is a real bat, but no luck..

I believe that the bat signature is supposed to be based on the signature of Ian Curtis.

He was the direct inspiration for Travis' half brother, Henry, in the game. Ian also died at the age of 33.

After looking over and over for ball players in Japan, China, and the US that had a name that even closely matched what was presumed to be the letters on the bat, I found nothing, so I turned to searching for the designers of the game, also to no avail.

Then after reading that Ian Curtis was the inspiration for that character, its a good idea to speculate its an homage to him in the game as he was one of the lead developers favorite musicians.

As you can see here, I highlighted in blue the letters that were easily seen on the bat, so its my intuition that leads me to believe, it says, IAN CURTIS (#)33

Yeah, I'm more inclined to agree that the first letter isn't a *C* but an *I*, seeing how different it looks to the next capital letter, which is unmistakably a *C*.

You don't start a capital C from below and up - it's usually from above and across, then a curl around and down.

Not the right font, but show what I mean.

thinking about it being Ian Curtas real makes sence, cause game desighners offten add little things like that

for instance Bad Girls minni fridge says "Chiller 7"
as homage to Suda 51's first game "Killer7" that last black guy in the game is also a character form Killer 7

Yeah, I looked into that Robb, the first thing I thought of...

But from the only official game photos available, it doesn't look to resemble Jose's auto, or his name for that matter.

At First i thought it was an "o"..Now after Garlic posted his image, it would make more sense of being an "i". Great info on the Ian curtis. I would have never thought of it.

Keep us updated on your costumes. I did a google search, and some people make great costumes of bad girl
