Ninja Turtles - 4 Kids series

Any fans of the now largely forgotten 4 kids series?

this was the last animated or live action turtles project that I think the creators behind the show TRULY got the franchise. so many great moments in it, I don't know where to start.

And some of my favorite moments where character building ones too.

Raphael meeting the old blind lady in an alley while running away from an alien hunting mob.

Splinter and Leo helping April with Casey's Over bearing mother (testing her because she thinks she can be a future fiance for casey. and somehow noticing leo and splinter despite their attempts to hide. I was actually pissed they stopped that episode right there where an introduction could have been a funny scene altogether)

The Arrival of all the guests at Casey and April's, undoubtedly first wedding for their unusual friends.

Chaplin and KArai walking into the sunset.

Serling delivering his birthday gift to Cody.

Starlee and her family touring ONeil Tech...

Then we have the action moments.

The tease of 'The Shredder Wars'. Demon Shredder, Chrell and Viral Chrell.

A Pissed off Karai taking the mantel of the shredder and making it even cooler than saki (partially because she was human, but also partially because of her feud with Leo and out right viciousness)

The Karai Battle Bot Fight in a over turned tri base.

The Bejing mission and mousers 2.0

Return to New York Three Parter

So many more, but of course, culminating with Turtles forever.

It just got SOOOO many things right about the turtles universe...
unlike the new Nick Turtles show, wich I feel wore off pretty quickly for me and just feels like an excuse to sell toys rather than tell a compelling story.
The new nick show can't decide what it wants to be and feels like it doesn't have any direction, or that extra special 'spark' that makes it fun.
and it's a shame, because all the elements are there. it just needs a clearer vision and better show runners.

Hard to believe, though, that in six years, the 'NEW' 2003 show will soon be 20 years old. 2003-2013 2013 - 2023. god. where does the time go? I still remember the original show ending....

sigh.
anyone else love this reboot as much as i do? i like it even more than the original show to be honest.
