yes please. I am not having problems with critics that's why i am here. The whole fabric is back off again. in the nest step i have to sew the diferent parts together especially on the lace part.

I think that if you want to make these shoes to wear you will end up with the "bulbous toe" area so my biggest critisism is that the toe area looks very similar to Mark's shoes and not very screen accurate.

The form looks really good. Are you thermoforming them or just sewing and glueing?

I absolutly agree with you but remember my size is 10.5 so this is the flatest toe I can get. Perhaps when i glue to shoe to the sole it will loose a bit of hight. if not i am ok with that.

Yes I am just sewing and glueing the shoes. thanks for the compliments. I copied the shape of the original shoe digitally. But I am still not happy with my fabric. could'nt find grey lycra or spandex yet. still on the hunt for that.

I went back to downtown LA and bought more fabric. I actually bought all they had left which was 10 yards (30+ feet). I also found some really great elastic strap that looks really clean and almost exactly like the real shoe elastic. The elastic was only $2 for 6 yards!

I also bought some white faux leather for the top part and the ankle strap. YAY!

@chris - I should have plenty of fabric for you.

I dyed some more fabric, this time I didn't wash it. It is much darker and better match.

If I have to dye it, I would have to charge you extra. It is NOT easy to get it perfect. But we can figure that out later.

Right now, I have the BIGGEST update yet. I put on BTTF2 to watch and while it played I made the perfect form and perfect color shoe tonight. I reworked the shoe form and I think I have it just right. I also make the ankle strap with better material and made it more accurate along with the new elastic.

What do you think?

I am freakung out....absolutly awsome this one looks perfect absolutly perfekt....wow.

double that reaction on the fabric offer I would understand that. the dye color is also not for free.
Man I can't stop watching at these pics....I am speechless.

I too am very happy with how this is turning out. Since this is not the final shoe, I will be making some very minor changes. I also need to make a fabric pattern so I can have it sewn.

I don't have to tell you, but just in case you get carried away at lightning speed as you are doing :lol, don't forget to speckle the shoes with blue BEFORE you stick the top part onto the soles.
