He said the same thing about a week ago.

Yes very nice. I do wonder did NIKE flatten the buckle for the 2011 release? The 1989 shoe does seem to have more bulge to it and why I made mine the way I did.

Extremely impressive....but why are pics of his advertised pair dirty? They have either glue or stains all over them. If they turned up like that, I'd be pissed.

Also, are we all calling bull**** on the whole 4 day lights claim? I don't see how he could make a lithium last that long which is hidden in the rear buckle. I got 12 hours out of a 1100mA 9V battery, but can't see how he does that, unless he has two linked batteries, one in the sole and one in the buckle.

In this image supplied earlier, the battery on the table looks like a mobile phone battery and appears to sit in a recess towards the middle of the sole. I suppose a battery that can power all the things a smartphone can do would have no trouble powering some lights that just turn on for quite some time. But then again, I don't know much about mobile phone batteries. Who needs the shoes to be on for more than a few hours before getting recharged anyway? Just long enough for a night out :) Guess I'll find out when I get enough money put aside to buy my pair.... though false advertising is still false advertising. I'd be happy enough with 6 hours or roundabout. Better than the V2s, right?

I call BS on the 4 day thing. Even an all EL system sucks the 9V dry after about 24 hours continuous run time and my tests used both cheap and expensive batteries.

90 hours is what I was told by David himself, I charged mine fully and have had them going for about 15 hours now and they are still nice and bright. I'm pretty sure he is using some sorta smartphone batteries (most likely 3300mAH ones, or around that) and they may be embedded in the sole. I haven't disassembled them, so I could be wrong, but that's what i've been told.

Does anyone else find it odd that the Youtube review from Nivek is the same shoe that "David" has shown in his factory photos?... Look as the splatter on the right shoe. It's the same. I'm not saying that Nivek is lying but I think David sent this shoe to him. The left shoe looks different that the other factory shoe.

Well if the 11's, 12's and 13's are available for immediate shipping, I should get my 13's before Mitas gets his 8's.
I will let you guys know as soon as I hear (or hopefully see) anything.
