I've followed this thread for three years now wanting a pair of good-looking replicas but won't do any mods myself. If the toe is improved on these "V3s" I'm getting a pair

The toe is quite flat on these and certainly way better than the work boot toe box of the V2 (stock). These will be display ready out of the box.

OK I'll play. Top pair is the 2011 MAG. The tell tale is the bluish soles.

I actually like the clear soles on this pair better. The toe is a bit more rounded and the heel cup seems to be slightly over sized which again, I like. There is nothing wrong with these as a replica and for the price, the best we will see.

The blueish soles would have faded to a clear one after 5 years though, remember that. Blue soles dont stay blue.

Cool, thanks. Can you post a picture of the charge ports? and maybe a photo of them charging? Does the red LED's light up while charging and do the green LED's light up when fully charged.

Not at home atm but they do not light up at all when charging, 3.5 hours gives you about 90 hours of on time.

So I went ahead an paid as "goods and services"
And It was refunded the next day.

They contacted me and requested I DO NOT put a shipping address or any notes whatsoever in the payment, no reference to what I'm buying at all is allowed and they will only accept the payment as a friends and family payment. No exceptions.

The payment itself went to a young kid (judging by PayPal photo)


What does everyone else think?
Yes someone has done a review and gotten them. Great. But there is no protection what so ever from this seller.

The reason to not pay "goods and services" is because these are technically counterfeit goods, and they have had a few issues of people starting disputes and getting their account shut down. It goes to a few PayPal accounts in order to stay off the grid.

If you feel uneasy paying with PayPal, there is always the credit card option on his site.

Sizes 11, 12 and 13 are all ready to ship immediately, the other sizes will be done in about a 4-5 days time, that's what David has told me.

The PayPal worked perfectly for me, I paid and got QC within a couple of days and it shipped after

I even emailed asking for a US13, but Rebecca Su emailed me back and stated US12 is the largest. If a 13 is available, I want a 13!

David is a very safe and very reputable seller in the /r/repsneakers community. These will most likely not come out from other places for a fair while, seeing as he did most of the development on them. Paying with PayPal is also safe, I paid, received my QC in a 2 days and then they shipped. Be sure to add him on skype; "zhilongtrade", its far easier to talk to him that way rather then through email, which is fairly clunky.

Quick question about the packaging on the replicas that you received from David. Did they arrive in the yellow box, or were they in an unbranded brown box?

The reason I ask is because I've had customs seized a pair of v2's last year because the packaging raised a red flag which drew attention to the counterfeit goods coming into the country.

I'm in Ireland. Has anyone had any issues like this in the past?

So people will pay almost $100 usd more using PayPal for what reason exactly? As they offered them to me for $560 via western union or $629 for PayPal. If PayPal has no protection.. Why would anyone pay more to use it?
We also use PayPal here all the time.. Wouldn't 80-90% of what's sold on the rpf be considered technically counterfeit goods too yet PayPal doesn't ever take that into consideration. Might be different with shoes though.

lol yes. But seeing how someone actually got them I am hopeful that they will deliver. They stated in the beginning that smaller sizes will come shortly after 11 and 12 so at least they covered that base.
