Been there. Worst (and most expensive) coffee ever

2009. The coffee was listed at 57 Yuan. For 58 Yuan, I could have got this massive bowl of noodles, which I am sure would have tasted way better than the sludge I was given.
At the time 57 Yuan converted to $9.60 AUD!
Today my friend wanted to contact them and buy a pair for me,
but the link does not work, I find it strange , maybe this is a simple coincidence I continued my investigations ....

Not the same shoes as in your photos, but I noticed that these two videos have identical shoes...
I wonder if the ankle buckles are permanently attached. I want to swap them out with my cloneprops buckles.

Why would you want to do that? The CP3D part is great but way over-sized, especially for US7 and US8. He did that so it would clip over the factory buckle of the V2s. The mediums look great on US11, 12 and 13 in the V2. They are even too big for the US9.5 and 10.
Yeah, like the 2011 MAG, these look to be attached to the shoe.
Well damn. I remember he offered smaller sizes than the medium, but he discontinued them. That was for a very short time though.

if they are glued on, you may just have to live with them as they are.
they are definitely off though, there is a lack of the bulge curve from the side profile on the new fakes.

That is what I thought. Airport prices? I'm sure it is the gate way into China from Australia now, so they know that many won't know the prices and they can charge what they want.

That is why I want to see these side by side with the 2011 shoes. Even so, different photos of the 2011 shoes look flat on the buckle as well. If this is the case, I prefer the movie shoe version.
I just made a facetime with my Chinese woman and a seller of the new Mag, he was in a large office with many famous shoes
and he show the New Mag all angles, light on etc ...
This one seems to be serious, but its price is $870 so for me € 780€
I can say that the Mag is beautiful and very well finished.
Unfortunately I thought too late to take video of this live facetime to show you.

to david awaiting production size. For once, I would take a risk because it will not be on Tobao so no chance to get a refund ......

I've been in touch with David through Skype and I requested that he send me some fresh photos, which he did. It was like pulling teeth getting replies from him each time but he did send me some photos. The pair in these photos look different than the two review pairs in previous pages which seems positive.
Here are the photos he sent me. You can even spot (presumably) another pair of Mags in the background in some of the photos.

those are plenty good enough for me. they are gonna clean up with fakes this good.
going to get a size 10 tho cause I had a chance to try on an 11 real deal pair (I usually wear an 11) and they were definitely too big.
kind of dread playing skype tag and having to use high risk payment methods tho. not doing it until they have the pair they plan to send me in hand and have shown me some qc pics first tho.
Seeing how his shop is still open on shapeways I will message him about those smaller sizes. I hope he at least answers.
