Made with pepakura files and paper, fibreglassed and then "skinned" with foam.

This is amazing! I have been a fan if the night lords for ages and I was thinking of making a suit like yours. What pepekura template did you use?
btw I think you should have had a winged helmet instead of the regular horns, it would give it more character.

Also, can you post the link for the pepakura file for the backpack? All the ones I have found have been for loyalist scum, not chaos.

Wow!!!! I don't see a lot of great spacemarine suits (no offense for anybody, I'm aware it's a difficult build) and I certainly don't see a lot of chaos ones. Impressive!
