Newcomer to Mold Making -- HELP! (Vader chestbox)

Now that I have all the measurements and drawings done for my ANH Vader chestbox, I want to make a form(sculpt) and then make a silicone mold and make fiberglass copy. I have never done anything like this so I need lots of advice, help, links, tuts, etc.

Best products to use for the original form(sculpt), silicone, release agent, fiberglass, etc.?

BTW, I'm going to want to do two versions idealized and wonky screen accurate.

I've used Smooth-On plastics and silicones for quite some time. And their site, http://www.smooth-on.com/ , has some pretty good tutorials to help get you started. And feel free to drop me a line if you need any help or advice.
