Hello
Ive just attempted to make my first model, using a two part silicone mold and easyflo clear polyurethane liquid plastic casting resin mixed with bronze powder. The model is ok but is full of bubbles. Has anyone got any tips to how i can solve this problem.

Thanks

Did you either de-gas the resin prior to casting, or pressurize it while it cured? If it cured at room pressure, that's probably why you have bubbles. Resins exotherm while curing from liquid to solid, which can cause bubbles.

Moisture and humidity can also play havoc on urethanes. And which type of silicone does your resin need? Tin or platinum?
