NEW Wonder Woman TV Costume

Everything down to the belt I'm OK with style-wise. Still it's cheesy looking material. I don't like that her boots aren't red, and the pants just look awful.
Also, I wouldn't want to be nearby when she accidentally deflects a bullet with the eagle bit on the back of her bracers.

Wow, talk about a disappointment. And I agree it looks like she's wearing one heck of a push up bra. Tacky. I've seen better at Dragon Con....costumes, that is....ok and boobs too...

If this is any indication of the quality of the show it'll probably last about as long as the remake of the Bionic Woman.

The Good ?

It's a proper superhero costume design
She looks like WW
They didn't use black

The Bad ?

Electric Blue ? Blue Boots ? Somebody had a brain haemorrhage and mistook it for a good idea.
It looks like it will fall apart when she takes one deep breath or tries to skip over a puddle.

The basic costume is ok by me, It does scream for richer materials and some good chroming of the metal parts.

Look at how heavily they airbrushed the sides of her chin, it doesn't even LOOK like the actress anymore. Why?! Why not just take the photo and let us see what she looks like. Geeze.

Lets face it, this show won't last past two seasons and it will fade away. The costume looks cheap. It's difficult to see past that.

I'm SO sad. I wanted this to be 4 or 5 seasons of awesomeness. But nope. It's looking terrible so far. And I am NOT one to complain! Unless it's about Attack of the Clones. God that movie sucked.

hmmm, where to start.
Hair is okay, should be darker, deeper tone.
Tiara i can live with, but change to a metalized look.
The top is too shiney. Doesn't look like Armour or would withstand much of a fight.
Remove that stupid red star from the middle, looks like a target.
Belt, remove the stupid red star.
Pants..ugh. Darker color if they must stay, If not, lose them and change to a micro short. Not the LC style, but something more contemporary.
Boots, Change color to deep red, change gold to metallic gold. Make them a little more form fitting.

Just not a fan of this one. And I don't understand why we always have to have costumes from a visual medium redesigned by committee. It looks like a cheap Halloween costume to me.

And God help me, yes, I DO know that it still could have been worse.

I don't hate it but there are some definite changes I would like to see. The bracelets are silver yet all other "metal" bits are gold looks out of place and the boots come on they have to be red. The pants could use a darker shade of blue and the boots should be red. Did I mention the boots aren't red? I think out of the whole thing that one change would make me not hate this less. Make the boots red. She does look good in the costume though and I hope they make this show work.

I actually don't think we are looking at the actress wearing the full costume. It may be some of the pieces, but the gauntlets and headband look photo shopped on. I think the reason it looks cheap, is because it is..

As a stand alone costume.. great idea badly executed. I love more practical costumes because even if she is a super hero her clothes and costume are made here from the same materials we get... and they don't last as well- think of Edna Mode and her work in The Incredibles ;) The materials and construction mean this won't even last a day.
And a skirt? Having gone through the hell of a school uniform that had a mandatory skirt, no way. Good for turning her into a sex symbol, not as a woman of power (they flip and get in the way with wind and running- you don't want a super hero constantly adjusting their clothes ;) Cloaks at least have some weight.. but again refer to The Incredibles ;) Worst of all we weren't allowed to wear shorts under our skirts.. it was immodest to do that...
These pants though? I can just imagine her trying to run.....

That said I have no idea of the direction the series is taking, if it is really camp then this will be ideal. If it is in the lines of the old show... not so much.

I think the bustier is the only thing I remotely like on this. Those 70's 15ft-crotch pants gotta go.

And if her boots were red, it might make it look a little better. Let us remember though, this is a TV budget, not a movie one. They have what the have to work with :\.
