New to the Forum

[Fairytales]

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and have been reading through the posts and have to say I am so happy to be amongst Costumers that warrant recognition. I have been making costumes for almost 13 years and truly enjoy the thrill of coming up with new costume designs based on movies and photos. I am currently working on Eragon's costume for the movie premeire in December. Thought you might like to see one of my earlier costumes. This was made for my son he is a big fan of Ghostbusters. Since the schematics posted online to make the Proton packs were scaled for adults. It was rather interesting coming up with a much smaller version that was not heavy.

Wow, I feel so Welcome..... Okay hmmmm... More pictures. Well this is not so much a costume picture though I did make the night gowns, But more of an Atmosphere. We do Halloween big here at Fairytales.... And every year it gets bigger. We started off with a haunted garage for a bunch of 3rd graders oh about 4 years ago and it has grown. This year we had a haunted Barn to go with our Halloween party which for about 40 kids and their parents and then opened our home and Barn up to our local School of Taekwondo for a fundraiser. Anyhow 200 + people went through our Haunted Barn and we had a blast scaring them. Here is a picture of 2 little 8 year old girls who participated in the fun and creeped out a lot of unsuspecting adults. Their lines were...."Come Play with us..Come play with us...Forever" That's it plain and simple. They had no idea why adults were so creeped out by them...I told them when they were old enough I would let them watch the movie that inspired their characters.
