"NEW TESB" YODA head (Completed)

very impressive, I'm interested in getting one if they become available.

Great work.

That is some serious talent. I appreciate the fact that you've taken an already accurate sculpt and made it even more accurate with some of the input from the board. Really terrific work.

I agree...awesome job.. :thumbsup

Looking better.
I still think the brow ridge section protrudes too much and should be more subtle.
Didn't forget about the pics. ;)
I hope you are staying open for improvement and don't get into a rush to cast it up just yet.

Looking forward to your pics from the exhibition GINO. And thanks everyone for their kind words.

Cheers

Cyb.

Yoda is looking great Cyberman (^_^). I can just hear his mischievous voice when I see those pics.
Beautiful job.

What a beautiful sculpt ... It looks like the real yoda, fantastic ...

Are you doing hands also ?

Bit o advice -- you might want to add a lil more neck just to make sure you have some "play" room when you do castings

:)

Thanks Everyone..

Heres a pic of the hands that are now ready for moulding... I've received a load of images from Gino of the exhibition Yoda. These will help me complete the back and sides of the head to a higher level of accuracy.

Cheers

Cyb.

Keep in mind that Lucasfilm's Yoda heads do not have accurate ears. Their new years were made from an original mold of the base head, but they didn't have the molds for the ears, hands, or feet, so all are inaccurate.

Yeah I heard that to... I'm also taking into account that the display head has had a bit of restoration done to it and the inner structure that the skin has been mounted on has altered the shape slightly... Thats why I'm particularly interested in the detail on the sides of the head and behind the ears that isn't really noticable in any screen grabs.

Cheers

Cyb.
