I think the dome has been sculpted a little bigger than the face, but I will have to see the release pics once the Pre-order starts.

Well, if the P1 was any indication of the paint app people will be getting with this... I have a feeling not very many will make a purchase.
Plus, I really DO NOT like the AvP football player designs. I really wished they would have went a bit further than just changing a few things up to make each one a bit more individual.

The helmets are all going to be different true enough. I just wish they would stick with a certain sculpt in dimensions and look versus changing the shape of a basic bio every time one is released.Why the Armor of course. The Helmets are all different... aren't they?

Yeah, sorry. Just thought you ment the bios looked a bit to stylish as well. Kind of a bit hip lol. I see what you mean. I think they were just cutting corners with them really. I mean the predators are young and they have been sent into kill xenomorphs which are a little bit more threatening after all. Its the same at school. Get given armor for american football, but when you mature a bit more then you get to play rugby lol.

But anyway i ment the face of the scar predator. I don't know if it was gillis or woodruff jr who said it but they wanted him to look a bit more handsome, like the brad pitt of the predators lol. I think that was a wrong direction to go. I think he just looks like a complete idiot. So glad with the wolf they made the predator look vicious again. More wolf statues please, and better berserker statues as well.

Yeah... I really don't see how a Predator could be "handsome". I mean, both Arnold and Danny called them Ugly MoFo's so...

No I love different designs of bios, but when you are doing lets say a P1 sculpt or a scar the dimensions are always different, but I know when it is mass produced the statue or figure will never be the same as the original sculpt that was first done. That is all I was saying when I go toy shopping I always pick the best sculpt and paint job that may have been closer to the prototype when it was first done you know?

Oooooh... sorry for my misunderstanding.
I hear ya with wanting the best "buy" when shopping physically. Unfortunately, I do not have that luxury (how I wish I did again) so all my purchases are done blind and always with hesitation, lol. I hate having to send things back for damage simply because the seller can always say... "it wasn't damaged when I sent it".

Yeah that is why I don't think this new Statue is not something I would want to add to my very extensive and far from finished collection list mainly because this photo is not something that gets me excited right off the bat.

This is SS's budget line for statues, these statues all suck, from the P1 in a tree, P2 on the penthouse column, the subsequent Wolf and P1 statues they did and this one will also sucketh and asseth. This paint up looks as good as the NECA Lost Hunter paint jobs as they were when they were being displayed long before release. However, upon release of this statue the paint job will probably look like that of a 12 dollar figure, the only difference is this statue will retail for a lot more.
I never liked NECA because of their cheap bull **** tactics and I still don't, but they're blowing every one out of the water. SS and HT can sucketh my ballseth.

Anyway to get back on topic and to further my original response, I think Scar is the most bland of the AvP designs and these budget quality statues are just not worth what they go for. That post isn't cool either, and I hate how all the dreads on this statue and others from the same 'line' all seem to be one clump. Just looks wierd, maybe it's just me.
