One of the main reasons we are seeing such a pushback here is that there were a lot of our longtime members who had never switched away from that Star Wars theme to the new default and while the latest update isn't a huge shock to most new members like you, because you are used to seeing a dark text on light background theme, it is a big change for those long timers who have always had a black background.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. I hadn't ever seen what the "Star Wars" theme looked like until people started posting screen shots after the update. I can definitely see why those people see this change as much more jarring, the white theme - while still very different from this one - was pretty much along the same vein like you said. And, wow, that "Star Wars" theme literally makes my stomach turn, haha.

Don't know if others have this problem, but I have to login every time I come here. Other websites keep my login info, but I always have to re-login every time.

I like the Equilibrium theme. Grey, mono, emotionless. Somebody better call for the Clerics as these Sense-Offenders complaining everywhere are running rampant! :lol

Oh and I am really bummed that I am getting no post count credit for all these responses in the Support forum. Not that post count means anthing... ;)

Hey, Art. Just had an idea about the site resolution problem I have with the 1024x786. Can you put the post author's name on top of each post by the "2 Hours Ago." That we those of us with older monitors at least don't have to scroll back and forth all the time just to read each post and see who is actually saying what.

Art, any chance of something like this?

I actually see that.

The nick is on the left side, and in the "title" area it says "1 minute ago". The far right side tells the post number in the thread.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, or if I misunderstood the question.

Chris

The entire gallery pretty much looks like crap right now. Once we get everything on the forum side working, we are going to tackle the gallery.
Okay, I wasn't sure where the cut off was for issues you wanted to be alerted to. Keep up the good work. :thumbsup

Elro, your Premium Membership expired in Dec of 2012. You are more than welcome to start it back up!

DONE! :D :D :D, Although a miniscule problem, it doesnt show premium tag under my name on the left >< no biggie compared to the rest of your current problems. Thanks Art!

On the site redesign, can you guys tell me what ATF means? Is it "above the fold"?

You can change that under SETTINGS -> EDIT PROFILE.

Okay, another glitch to report.

Something had been bugging me for a while and I just realized what it is.

The navigation bar follows this format: Forums > Category Name > Forum Name > Thread Title

When you click Forums, it should take you to the top of the main page.
When you click the Category, it should take you to the specific category on the main page.
When you click the Forum Name, it should take you to the top of the thread list in the forum.

Unfortunately, when you click the Category name, it follows the same linkage as if you click Forums.

This is likely not a top priority, but it can get annoying, and I thought you should know about it, in case nobody has brought it up yet.

Also, can you add the navigation bar underneath the page listing, above the Quick Reply, and in line with the Quick Navigation and Top buttons?

There's an alignment issue in the post listing in the user CP. The thread starter doesn't align with the thread listing...
Chrome, Win 7 - all up to date.
