Limited Run New prototype run for Superman crystals, Payments due!

Alright, I kinda made a liar out of myself, but I ended up getting the factory we are using to make a prototype instead of just wishing them well and having them kick off the run. That prototype had some issues with it, so instead of trying to edit pics and all that jazz, I just opted to comission a 3d print that was sent to them. It was delivered yesterday, and tonight I received a video, and all I can say is DAMN. This thing is basically dead on to the print, which is obviously matching the model since it was printed off it.

I've added 5 more crystals to the run, and given the OK for them to get started on making em. No idea what the turnaround time is gonna be, but I'm hoping it's going to be short, considering the rapid prototype making, and the fact they have a literal physical reference to use.

I'm not trying to be all hyperbolic, but I can honestly say, this is worth the delay on getting this done. The thing is perfect.

As soon as I get a shipping notice or something else updated, I'll update the thread and let you guys and gals know what's up.

THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.

THEY HAVE SHIPPED.

THE WAITING BEGINS. (or continues, I guess)

Things to remember:
1: They'll be here as soon as they get here. No idea how weird customs is gonna be about these. The pandemic has all kinds of weird stuff going on.
2: I ORDERED SOME EXTRAS. This does NOT mean you will get one, it means I will have a few extra and will hit people up in the order that they hit me up, between here, facebook, and twitter. That's why I'm not taking payments on them at the moment.
3: Gonna ship priority mail, and everyone will get quotes sent to the email they used to pay for the crystals.
4: I'm only human, so packing these is gonna take a couple days. I've ordered the boxes and whatnot from the post office and they are on the way anyway (I think I have some here regardless).

Pics incoming as soon as I have em in hand. ETA on delivery is next week after labor day.

Personally I'm just glad the end is in sight. This has taken WAY too long for a project, but I wanna thank you guys and gals again for being patient with it.

As soon as I hear anything else, I'll be hitting you guys up with another update!

They are also weirdly packed, so I'm trying to work out the best way to pack em to ensure they get to you without anything weird happening to it.

I still need to go through and check all of them for dings/chips/breaks/etc but the first one I opened looks pretty damned spiffy.

I'M NOT GOING TO POST PICS. I have thought about it, and this has been a sight unseen project since it kicked off, so let's end it the same way.

It'll take me a night or so for QC, and then I'll get to figuring out how to mail them out.

If you are absolutely DYING for a pic, just email me or dm me on twitter and I'll send em, but I'd ask that you not make em public until they start showing up. We have all suffered too much and waited far too long to have this design bootlegged by some rando.

Updates coming in as soon as I know what's up!
