Thanks, these files are great! I did drop the line threshold down a few degrees to get rid of some of the unnecessary folds, and it will save some smoothing work. I think I can drop it down to the lower end of 160 degrees and maybe I won't warp it when I strengthen it lol.

You guys might want to keep an eye on your paper settings with each file. These files are set to print with a4 in my Pep3, and you'll need to change it to letter if you're using cardstock in the US

the face hugger file is in a differant zip file that i have just been emailing to those who ask because its small enough for emailing and takes less time than uploading ... so if you want it just either pm me your email or post it here like some did would you be willing to share the felconer bio, i dont have it yet or atleast the link you found it at would be fine too

are these gaunts already resized in the unfold? could you possibly post a pic with a ruler next to it? I printed out the unfold and started cutting and it just looks way way way too small. =/

im cuurrently unfolding a skull, but i never worked on pepakura, well i started to unfold but it still needs some work , in the edge id, the numbers get at each other and theyre difficult to see, is this normal?any tips?
