I decided to make a second Predator mask along with my first mask. Though I am very happy with the way the first mask turned out, I felt there was a lot that was needed to be done. Plus I love sculpting and could not resist starting again, and I found a wonderful tutorial online that has some great sculpting techniques! :D

Which is here, great for skin textures ^^ http://www.theeffectslab.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10057

And this is the mask sculpt so far,

didn't take me as long to get to this point this time. I'm definetly getting to know that predator face now. Well I guess when you dream of fighting along side the predator, you eat, breath, and live predator... You ought to know the Predator by now. Plus I can always refer to Stan Winstons school for advice, if you haven't checked out the page on Facebook yet, you should.

Anywho better add the other lower mandible now :p

This is my second sculpt WIP, much further along

I am proud of her

Well it's a little confusing when this is my WIP but it is also of my mask, if you can see what I mean.
So what is the best way of choosing a forum topic?

Well you state its a Head sculpt, and did not mention it was a suit build. if you wish to make this thread a suit build, let me know and i will move it back for you.

This is gradually coming along, trying not to rush hehe
At the moment I am working on making sure it's as even as possible.

Got this critique on Stan Winston's School of Character Arts facebook page:
Kendra, (thats my name lol) Thanks for sharing your progress!

You've made a good start on your rough forms but you definitely need to spend a bit more time on them before you start refining.

Really do your best to MATCH the head shapes from your reference photos.
And don't forget to continue to share your progress. We love watching this unfold!! -Matt

So I am going to do my best to take that advice and use it usefully ^^ Man I love the internet!
