I haven't seen a run in a while, but Mooncrest Models still has some keys from earlier runs for sale at his web site.

Mooncrest has them available. You'll want the Mk 8 for McGann's key.

I made a slight modification to mine. I didn't like the metal on metal sound when I extended the sonic, so I added a rubber O-Ring just above the washer to cushion the impact. It now gives a very satisfying 'thunk' when it extends.

if anybody needs a rubber washer for theirs, I'd be happy to send one for the cost of a stamp.

Pertwee's doesn't extend theway McGann's does, I don't think.

They were from a run we organized a while back but he makes all his other keys in batches so he'll probably make some more.

Mine arrived today. My daughter's hasn't arrived yet Of course, I gave her mine which resulted in a big squee and almost a pause in her playing an online game with her boyfriend. That really is the best I could have ever hoped for. I think this is a big win. Still waiting for mine though.
