New Member - DIY Mancave!

Hey all, new here from Richmond, VA. Happy to have found this site. I'm a huge Star Wars fan and just looking to learn/absorb as much as possible about prop building for ideas to improve my mancave. What I've seen on here is SO impressive, especially the upholstered Millenium Falcon Dejarik bench and table from Crux. Here are some pics of my current mancave/theater room. Would love to hear any ideas you might have.

That looks great! I’m thinking about making wall panels like the ones around your tv for my own cave. How did you go about making them?

Thanks!! I got the idea from this video and others like it.

My ceiling is a perfect 8ft. So I had lowes rip an 8x4ft plywood in half. Made a 2x8ft frame using 2x4s with a support in the middle. The holes were made using a 4" hole saw on each end of the oval and connecting them with a jigsaw.
I glued frosted ceiling light panels (used for drop ceilings) and zigzagged leds around the holes. Drilled a 1/2 in. Hole in the side to feed the remote sensor through.
