New Hot Toys Releases

Ya know, I was just thinking that today! What figures did we get besides Abigail Whistler?

Other than Blade (from Blade II), none.
A company called Headplay did a pretty decent Ryan Reynolds sculpt BUT I think it's intended more for his Green Lantern character. You'd have to mod the hair and add the facial hair for Hannibal King.
I need to get on modding mine. :lol
Edit: I just remembered that they did a "nude" figure that could be used for "Drake" from Blade: Trinity although I think he was intended to be his character from Prison Break.
Headplay also did a Ron Perlman head that a lot fo customizers used for his character from Blade II.

Pretty cool Hall of Armor display (though a bit pricey......)

Surely this can't be far behind:

If they do the bat......armory they'd probably have to include the bat suit since AFAIK, there are no batman hot toys that allow you to have the armour separate. At least with iron man it can either look like start is wearing it or it can look like an empty suit.

After thier lousy sculpt of Arnold from Terminator, I'm a little concerned about future offerings.

I do not understand why this company has all these licenses like star wars...

But they just keep making Batman and Ironman over and over.

I would have bought an Ironman by now if there weren't 15 versions to choose from.

And I don't want the hall of armor. Im sorry, but at almost 200 a piece just for the cases?

They need to stop making stupid and obviously impractical proto's like the "Bat"...

And start making stuff that would fly off the shelf like... oh IDK, Boba with Han in carbonite block? Vader with removeable 3 piece accurate helmet? Stormtrooper with removeable helmet with Luke and Han accurate headsculpts?

And IDK, redo the ALIENS figures... as they were some of the first and not as accurate...

More Blade.

They need to get the liscense for Tolkien stuff...

I just think they need to branch out a bit more. And space out the different versions of the same character...

Simple answer is they're not allowed to produce a ton of Star Wars figures. The license for 12" figures still technically belongs to sideshow and Hot Toys is working with them, not independently. If I remember correctly, Hot Toys can only do figures sideshow has already done and only 1 figure a year. I think ultimately you will never see a Vader or Boba Fett from Hot Toys as sideshow would be idiots to allow a clearly superior company to produce figures of such popular characters.

Is it me or does his head look a tad small?

Or, comparing other photos, it looks like the torso, might be just a hair big.
