New Here And Need Help

hey everyone, im new here and wanting to do a Nikki Sixx shout at the devil costume this halloween. now during the shout at the devil period there costumes were influenced off mad max and escape from ny. heres a couple pics of what im trying to accomlish. i really need a shoulder cap if any of you can help me out?

I'm thinking shoulder pads with foam and then black fabric over it?

I'm assuming your talking about the shoulder pieces in those pics as you mentioned shoulder caps specifically.
