Much like the prequels, the ST needs more development than it got. Hopefully more installments with the characters will bring some rehabilitation to those films the way the clone wars did for the prequels.I like the ST. I don't think they need to retcon the ST. I'm happy they are investing in the ST.
Well you’re kinda still on the right track, the Star Wars franchise died before it’s time. When I visit this subforum and read something that makes me yell "WTF" loudly enough to scare my neighbours, it is usually about news of an actor that has died before their time.
So much for being done with the Skywalkers….
I agree completely.Much like the prequels, the ST needs more development than it got. Hopefully more installments with the characters will bring some rehabilitation to those films the way the clone wars did for the prequels.
No amount of backfill fixes the movies. Plain and simple. They screwed up with the way the did it by not filling in the blanks so to speak. They were done assuming what they gave at that time was good and enough and it wasn't. Using stuff like the clone wars or possibly the mandalorian stuff to fill in those blanks doesn't do anything to improve the movies as they were made. It's simply telling more stories and trying to fix the narrative they were going for.Much like the prequels, the ST needs more development than it got. Hopefully more installments with the characters will bring some rehabilitation to those films the way the clone wars did for the prequels.
It’s still on Ahch-to according to the TLJ novelI'll be satisfied if they say what happened to Luke's green saber =P
Those Tatooine deed polls are legally binding in the Outer Rim.You're right in one sense. She's a Palpatine though, so....
Two words: Mara Jade.I think one of my biggest problems with the ST was how Luke was treated and I'm not sure how that can ever be retconned unless they somehow say that wasn't actually Luke or somesuch. Lol!
