Im sorry, but I've been sent to this page at least a dozen times within 30 minutes of continued googling for the files for this helmet. Can someone please help me, whether it is a link to a page with them on or where they one this thread. Thanks guys, and sorry for floundering around!

You can't find files for this helmet because there are none... But you can buy it from Biggeek1972

This is an incredible job you've done on this helmet Neuer, great job - really inspiring! The other thread you've got going is fantastic too - just wish I had a hi-res 3D printer

Look at the first entry of this thread. This is what you get
You will have to trim it a bit and then primer-paint it

How many and the configuration you have going on with a circuit board if any. let me know i might be able to help you shed some bulk as im a bit of an electrical wiz.

Anyways:
I'm using EL-Tape what comes with a special ?"inverter"? what is also a batteriebox for two AA batteries. This inverter makes some disgusting high pitch fibsy noise but I can live with that. Some people use it for their Tron Costumes. The tape is really a room saver and you can cut it to your liking

When I get to the servo stage, I'll let you know

Where did you buy the tape? If i can find the producer i can get a white paper for the tape and figure out the best circuit the inverter might not even be necessary and you might be able to scale the battery down to a button cell depending on the width and thickness of your EL Tape. (white papers are technical sheets about the material and is properties and uses.)

I bought it at EL Wire Craft*|*. He has an offer for IronMan eyes specifically
thing is that the white color (which is a bit blueish too) is pink when turned off :/ so I put some diffuse plastic on top.

I already have an pololu micro maestro 6-channel USB controller, which I will use for my servos. The size of the Batteries is less a problem because they will maybe end up in the suit later...but I still don't know how I can connect the eyes to the micro controller without the inverter :/
