Greetings and Salutations!

I have been an avid lurker here at the RPF for a good long while, but I figured this particular project was finally of a worth and subject matter that would be of interest to you fine folks: I and my SO recently completed a build of the Netflix Daredevil Season 2 Red Suit! We were so excited to have it done so we can share it with the world!
We've brought the suit out at MegaCon in Orlando as a special jaunt due to the appearance of Charlie Cox (yes, we got a picture; I'll see if I can upload a shot later) and our staple haunt of DragonCon in Atlanta.

The Red Suit was a fully custom build and tag-teamed by us. The only thing I can't reference are the clubs, which he'd purchased from an Etsy seller years ago, before we started working on the suit. The build itself took about a year and a half due to the complexity of the work and our having to learn new skills to get it right.

The Season 1 Elektra was put together using the Definitive thread here on the RPF! I made the belt and sewed the gloves, but otherwise, it was mostly sourced on Amazon and Poshmark.

Rather than attempt to copy here ALL THE PHOTOS, I have made a full build album available -- Link is here: https://www.facebook.com/f7esca/posts/1891219850975401

As far as final photos, we haven't been super lucky at finding them from D*C (yet!) but we do have a few up on my Facebook, and he has some shots from a commissioned shoot posted up on his Twitter: https://twitter.com/f7SuperCereal/status/1000897706796240901

As a teaser, here's a nice composite shot from D*C thanks to Instagram User legends_of_mitch:

Oh my gosh! I admit, I watched this thread for months before I gave up on replies, I am so sorry I missed your comments! Thank you!

Winston: both the red and the black fabric were latex-printed spandex from a company called In Disguise Designs from out west (Nevada, I think?). I found them on Facebook. They're linked from my FB album, above. Cheers!
