All the joints are all connected, I am to lazy to separate those.
The helmet looks like guyver, might have interest. Let me download it first and see how complicated it is.

Just curious are you going to wear it or just for display?
Are you going to use paper or foam?
I tried to unfold the mask only but I stopped. If you use foam, might be difficult for the detail or loosing it, yet if you use paper, a lot of small folds.

If you have VOTOMS, I am gladly unfolding it.
 
I have a poor detailed version of the EVA01 Helmet (Just Unfolded), but i want to use the high detailed version.

Maybe with blender i can separate the Head in more pieces.
 
You got my interest up and down on this
I used CAbezaEVA01.obj to unfold. It is actually not too difficult, except I need to know if you do foam or paper. For foam I can deleted some stuff, but not with paper. The parts for foam also will not be exact, imagination, test fit and last minute mod is needed.

I take up the challenge to make it wearable, but out of foam.
But don't expect it will be done before monthes...

In this period i have a lot of project in my mind, but in the future i want to build the EVA-01, because is one of my favorite mecha :D
