Needing a muscle sit for a TDKR build

trying to do a TDKR build and wanting a muscle suit. I am kinda bulky now just wanting to add a little more. my budget is $1k USD for the whole suit. all help would be appreciated

are you really sure you need a whole muscle suit for a TDK Build? I mean it is not like you can see any "defined muscle" on the suit later (like the BvS). For my build, maybe i will add some foam here and there in the undersuit, but not a whole muscle suit.
