Need some suggestions/recommendations about custom leather/PU commissions

Hello everyone! My wife and I are fans of The Flash TV series, and she really wants to cosplay as Killer Frost.

I'd like some suggestions/recommendations for a supplier that can design and make a custom leather or polyurethane jacket, corset, and pants. Who have you used? Do you recommend them?

I've seen a few friends buy suits from Ravenswood Leather and Leather Next. I've already contacted them on Facebook to see if they can do custom builds.

I have no idea how his commission process works, but SMP Designs' costumes have always looked fantastic (from what I've seen him post on here).
