Need Help!

My client wants me to reproduce this piece.It is made from latex,I think.I need some input from some of you.The ribs are hollow.Thanks,Alexander:confused

Can you take the ribs off of it for casting? Or are you re-sculpting it?
Hard to see much in the pic you posted, but you can make a quick plaster mold of latex as I recall.
Can you make it from silicone or something else?
Do you have a scale for it? Maybe you can craft the bone pieces from some PVC that is heated and bent and crushed a little for an oval cross-section, then cut the jagged ends (WELL ventilated area, mask, etc!)

Thanks for the input,Vader.The ribs are part of the piece.I was thinking of filling the ribs from the back with clay,make a plaster mold and cast it in silicone.The piece is about 9" and goes on a tee-shirt.Alexander
