Need help with Foam unfolding of Planetside 2 3D models

Hey guys!

I'm planning to make a costume for a toy and game convention here in Singapore, the STGCC15 and decided since it is also a game convention, to build a New conglomerate Heavy Assault Armour set.

Now here's my problem:
I'm not good with pepakura unfolding for foam. I have the 3d models of the parts, which some came from krailyx from this website:

I was wondering if there's any unfolded foam files out there already, if not, can anyone help me unfold these files? I'm not really good with 3d modelling software and stuff....

Here's are the files:

NC LMG

(sorry If I'm in the wrong thread section)

I've actually been working on combining all the different pieces of the NC Heavy helmet together and simplifying them for unfolding. The model, as it stands, is a complete mess. Layers running through each other.. different poly sizes... Even individual parts are broken up into 2,3, or 4 separate pieces for no reason. It's almost better for someone to make a simplified model from scratch that resembles the game model.

My problem is that I don't have a lot of experience and only a few tools in modeling that I know well, so a lot of it is experimenting as I go. If you can get anyone to make a pep friendly model, I'd be happy to unfold it.
