Need help re sizing photo

Hi, I am working with a Amazing Spider-Man 2 costume layout (that I will send to fabric on demand to print out) and my dilemma is that the file (which I got from Ironjoe) was meant to fit a 6 foot tall person, I do not fit that dimension and I really would appreciate if you taught me how to resize the photo (it is a psd so I can use photoshopp

Should be pretty easy, Not sure what version of PS you are using but go to "Image" and go to "Image Size" and change it to whatever you want. Make sure the "Constrain Proportions" is check and you should be fine.
