NEED HELP FINDING TAILOR/SEAMSTRESS in WASHINGTON

I need help finding a really good tailor/seamstress in the washington state area. Ideally someone that has experience with professional cosplay suits. My deadpool suit needs the arms and legs altered a bit and I cannot seem to find anyone with experience with quality costumes or screen printed 4 way stretch. I have reached out to the best suite makers in town but they dont seem to want to get involved.
