Need help= Adam Maitland's stretched face (Beetlejuice)

Hi,

I've never done any sculpting or mask and I would like to start my first project with Alec Baldwin's stretched face in Beetlejuice.

Anybody know what I would need if I want to have something accurate and as smooth looking as the real deal? I would like to make a mask or a bust out of it depending on which option is easier.
