Need a Vader neck seal

I'm currently working on some extensive modifications to a Rubies Vader helmet. In the meanwhile, I am trying to track down a source to obtain a hermetic neck seal that I have seen floating around online.

I believe it is made by a guy named Jeffrey Kindall. I'm not sure how to track him down or if there is a known source for the Vader neck seals that he is supposed to have.

My Vader helmet is a ESB style build, non reveal type, so I'm trying not to go all out on it in effort to save a little money... Just something that looks decent for trooping.

The kits Jeffery supposedly has seems to fit my plans since it is a molded seal with painted parts etc.

Jeff contacted me about his neck seals. He's still making them and there are two versions available.

I had bought one with portumac only for my collection.
The second is for fun, but I do not remember to whom I had purchased.
That of portumac is very impressive !
