Necronomicon Mod

What are the approx measurements for the Necronomicon? I was thinking of modding the case on my xbox to look like the book.

There is a thread around here somewhere. You'd have to go for the AOD or ED II version as they were the bigger ones An inch or so bigger than A4 printer paper size I think...
