NECA The Thing/MacReady question

I have question for anyone who has the MacReady figure from NECA. Can the upper boots be rotated? Also, can the lower boot/foot be rotated? I just found that the upper boot on one leg is rotated backwards. If it can be rotated the right way, that's cool, but only if the lower boot/foot can also be rotated....otherwise I'm not really fixing anything.
