well, I talked to NECA through their facebook page and they told me, that I won`t have a chance to order it from them here from Germany:

Hi Stefan, we can only ship it to US addresses, since technically it is a NYCC item.If it does not sell out at NYCC, maybe it will be offered worldwide. But we have to wait and see.
