Yes, weathered the silver rims today just before I posted now. I pop on a gold plate paint and then Dremel brush it. Makes the metal look like it is flaking on the rims and on the frames wearing of the plating. 18th century glasses are made of a slightly flexible metal so they can be bent to fit each person. They tend to be a tad smaller than modern glasses. I fit these as they are in the movie, the lenses are tension to move and stay to each position. I will let the paint dry on these first two over the next two days and then ship Wednesday.
