Angels & Demons has a collectors version available at Best Buy that has a leather bound journal. Close to this one, though not exact. I'll try to post pics later.

I know someone working on the KGC pin as well as the plank. He also has the booth diary page, the cell phone picture of page 47, and all the book inserts.

PHArchivist the person in question was one of Ross McDonalds assistance during the making of the book(s) I don't think he is a member here but is a member over on one of the Indy boards. I spoke to him a couple of times about making me a book, but he was to busy with school and what-not.
I will keep my eyes open for you and let you know if i ever see it in the local shops if you like.
