So how much would you charge for a blank pull with no detail?

Latest mask completed. Modified the mold slightly, which consisted of sanding the cheeks down a bit to give a more recessed backward curve, and widening the eyes. Used a different technique to do the "fangs" as well (still vacuum formed, but cut differently, with epoxy putty to smooth out the seams). All in all, this mask is perhaps the most accurate shape and size-wise I've made to date!

Yet another mask in progress. Changing the depth of detail.

Detail and paint scheme on the latest creation that's nearing completion. Detail is done from 0.02 gauge ABS; sacrificing detail depth for increased cleanliness and sharpness.

Completed Darth Nihilus Mask:

Will not be posting any more Sith Acolyte masks in this thread, unless significant changes to the mold or production process occur.

Mold currently undergoing modification to make the mask cover more of the face, making it more accurate to the images available. In addition to the extended cranium, some features are going to be changed as well (eyes, nose and length of the mouth). I'm also toying with the possibility of turning this into a full helmet, since no reference material exists to prove that it's only a mask. My intention here is to turn it into the most accurate sith acolyte head armor available.

As I am doing this, I am also beginning my sith acolyte armor build. Will start a new thread on that when things start to take shape.

New version 3 partial helmet completed. Made out SmoothCast 325 resin.

Awesome work on the Sith Acolyte & Darth Nihilus masks! I'd love to see a slightly weathered version of the Nihilus mask.

I had to check out your stuff on your website, your modified efx helmet looks pretty nice.

You'll have to keep us updated on your kids size Stormtrooper helmet build, I'd love to get one for my son, hehe.
