Regarding the green tube, if you get the right mask it'll have something that works:
I got this one on eBay in a two pack for $13.99 shipped, Care Fusion Misty Max 10 AirLife Adult Mask. Looks like quite a few of the Care Fusion nebulizer masks in general have the green tube and are currently available for a decent price.
I'm struggling to find a suitable strap, I still feel like the attachment of the strap to the mask could just be a rivet through the original scuba mask's attachment method. I've looked at a decent number of vintage masks, I'm probably going to have to settle for something close enough soon.

I have the Airlife with green tip as well, but have wondered if others are on to something with the separate attachment. The green tip on the Airlife seems a bit less blue-ish than what's seen on screen.
I agree actually, it's not quite identical, the on-screen one looks less transparent (could be condensation) and more of a teal type color. I'm still happy with these considering how easily available they are. I might keep my eye out for something better though.

Hi Rafie, the only pieces available right now is a BOC connector and Odi has some of the clear vents. Let me know if you want a connector and I also have the vents in my possession although you would pay OdiWan72 .
