My Tron Themed Den - with lots of therpf sourced props!

AWESOMENESS! I know that TRON cabinet is from the Spinmaster's figurine line (not the action figure line), but where did you get the Space Paranoids and Discs of Tron cabinets from? Are those scratchbuilt or did you buy them somewhere? They look pretty awesome. :)

AGH!

Photo sharing on google drive is not cool. Here's another try of just the updated pics...

Another neat trick is to replace the URL tag with IMG, this will embed the images into your post, saves on clicking time, too. ;)

The Tron cabinet is NOT part of the SpinMaster's figurine line. And it actually plays the "real" Tron Arcade attract screens and game play (I can send you the amv clip if you want it). All three boxes were custom made for me. But it was "pure hell". There is a seller on eBay still making custom arcade boxes and I got those, but I thought they were total crap and literally threw them away. I actually had two different builders (justinw and subzeroarcade) make these particular cabinets for me, but they are difficult to deal with because they do it as a hobby and make no guarantees for delivery. In fact, I'm still waiting on two more cabinets from subzero after more than 6 months of submitting payment. justinw as well, made some "commitments" to make them dimension-wise compatible with a particular media player, than after 3 months "changed his mind" and sent me what he "normally makes". In other words, to get quality work, prepare to be a pain in the ass and wait many months. It's not something I ever want to go through again, so I'm hoping someone in the future makes them in a manner where there high quality and you have some guarantee of delivery time. Otherwise, it's near impossible to do. But I'm quite proud of the end results, they are some of my highest quality custom tron pieces.

Glad you like them and thanks!

You're welcome. Sorry about the difficulty you've had with the people you've ordered them from. I myself have toyed around with making a couple of those (non-functional, of course), especially in the 1:18 scale. I've also considered on making enough to do a recreation of a shot from T:L for an action figure shot (with a custom Sam Flynn in the Real World figure I've been trying to get parts for) in addition to the long list of projects I've already have. When I saw those cabinets, I just had to ask about them. I hope the other ones you ordered come in soon. :)
