quick question... Something I've always felt about people's displays....


Isn't listing something "Keyboard FROM the movie so-and-so" extremely misleading? Even saying "keyboard AS SEEN IN the movie so-and-so" is misleading. It really is sounding like the person is insinuating (especially to visitors to their home that don't know any better) that the prop in the display is indeed the real deal.

Working at the largest prop house in the country, I can't help but feel a little awkward or frustrated and disappointed when this verbiage is used in replica displays. It is misleading and I am not saying it is intended... but it sure comes across as a bit of a hoodwink.
