It's not bad but not screen accurate. Firberglass isn't the best choice for TK armor. It's more prone to cracking then vac plastic. And it can be heavier. But it's all in how it's laid. But fiberglass is more prone to cracking.

You need to strap your back and ab plates on the sides better so they don't hang away from your body!

If you haven't yet, head over to whitearmor.net they have all the info you need.

Who made the armor?

I don't think it would be approved for the 501st Legion as it is. You would have to pick one variation in the CRL and fulfil all its basic requirements. The 501st is very strict about this.
The ANH and ESB variants require kidney-armour and posterior-armour to be separate pieces. ROTJ armour has them connected but has different hand plates and different paint job on the helmet.
The gap between chest and kidney armour is pretty big, and would thus not reach level 2 certification or higher.

Your belt is not complete. It should go all the way around the waist and have a thermal detonator at the back.

Well as my body is medium build and I've got my fiberglass armour on me that's how it is I'm affraid because I'm extra large in size that's why my ab plate is like that .

Well it's my fiberglass armour ok and I want to join the 501st legion and as I'm having major problems getting onto the 501st website and I cannot get onto the taptalk site either what else am I meant to do ?

Yeah that's one reason why plastic kits that you'd need to trim down to size are often recommended over fibreglass armour.

Plus on the imperial storm trooper detachment right it says the butt plate and the kidney plate I had to separate because it was one piece so I had to cut in half because I have to order the white custom canvas belt and the metal clips plus the thermal detonator tubing attachments.

What troubles are you having on the 501st site? Maybe using a laptop/desktop pv instead of a android/iOS device helps for using the sites.

I don't have s laptop ok I just use my phone and o. The 501st forums it takes me to taptalk and I can't get on it because it says I don't have permission

You go to whitearmor.net for the pre-approval and armor fixing hints. 501st.com forums are legion members only. the signup for the 501st is started from the main page of the 501st.

Can someone please help me because I have been on the white armour net site and I've been onn501st website and I'm logged on the imperial storm trooper detachment and I've looked at the CRL it told me that I had to separate the kidney armour from the but plate and I cut in 2 bits and I'm just waiting to order the white custom canvas belt and the metal clips plus the thermal detonator tubing attachments.and the hand cuffs.so I would like to get an ABS armour but at this time I just can't afford it right now because I'm always paying house bills and it's leaving me short every time and I just buy what I can.

I dont see how we can give you any more help than has already been given. This isn't a 501st web page, nor does it have any affiliation with that group.
The 501st Costune Requirement List is set in stone for membership. It is either met, and the costume approved, or it isn't.

Hey friend! You definitely did the right thing to reach out here since there are a handful of 501st members on this website. Don't get too bogged down with how your armor is now; all of us went through a process to get it where we would like it. Like many of the others posted here, you will get better feedback on WhiteArmor.net. I'll post a link here and hopefully you can access the site on your phone.

Let me know if you get on or not. It would not hurt to post in here: New Member Introductions

I have never worked with fiberglass Stormtrooper armor before, but used ABS plastic. I would recommend that you try to save up as there are some wonderful kits for those with a larger build. Even if it takes some time it is worth it. But in the meantime head over to WhiteArmor and see if anyone over there can help.

You need to pick which film version of the TK so that would help out much better for giving advice. The 501st is very particular and wants an amount of screen accuracy in costumes.

The ANH armor was reused in ESB but with slight differences in paint and assembly. There was new armor made for ESB that is a lot more different it's known as the MKII armor. Then there is the ROTJ armor and Rogue One armor which both are different.

I would recommend the ANH stunt version since your helmet is trimmed and painted after that version. It has the grey frown and 8 teeth cut outs which both are specific to the ANH stunt. And the eye sockets are not ESB MKII/ROTJ deep. They have the ANH shallow depth.
