My Star Wars weapon collection (added: Aluminium Replica EE-3)

Worked this evening on my second kylo ren saber. This being a Crossguard2.0 base. I included a picture of it with my original 3d printed saber. It was my bery first foray into replica prop building. So holds a special place for me. I feel it still holds up rather well for a 3d print.

Also a glimpse of an Anovos helmet there too. Cant see it into photo but in person, i replicated that speckled look to the surface (matt and gloss splatter)on the lightsaber that the helmet has.

Been tinkering away during the holiday time(though some freelance design work on some very relatable film projects sprinkled in)

Finished the kylo hilt ready for electronics. Opted in the end to forgo the fake heat stain. Just doesnt appeal to me.

A fieldmarshal DL44 hero has been on my wishlist forever and seeing the steel kit i knew I had to have it.

A lot more work and a lot more fun than i expected it to be.
Reshaped the denix as much as I could, trigger shaped to a more pleasing form, chamfers around the trigger area, filed off logo, sharpened up all the edges and knurling and some poorly done serial number stamps. Shaoed the mount as well in accordance with the new discoveries in the hero thread.
I forgot to order a stencil for the scratches so eyeballed it with a hobbyknife.

The scope mount knob to the left of the first pic rotated when setting up the pictures so its since been fixed as well as those threaded rod rust spots. T-track will be replaced as this is just 3d printed.

And for the hell of it. My next project is a pair of macrobinoculars. Jerrys(trooper) kit is good enough for me that i dont feel bad about the lack of original parts. He did throw in the vtr plug as a gift, cause he's awesome!

Worked more on the internal structure, thinking of where to put the battery and attach to the LED heatsink. Just need to headscratch about running the switch wires down and still having some linear movement to pull the chassis out about 20mm or so. Will place a set screw in some sort of twist and lock slot for the chassis in one of those top greebles

I think I heard in one of scottjua vids that he had noticed the brass on the grips having the crosshatch scouring. Had to include that little additional narrative to the piece.
