My Red hood

Hey Guys,

My First post here figured i'd start with some progress shots of my red hood that im currently in the progress of making.
Im not an amazing costume maker haha but im hoping to improve my skills and end up with some amazing cosplays!!! Also working on a boba fett cross over with my 3D printer but progress shots of that will be saved for later haha anyway hope you like the pics will upload more as I progress :)

Just a Dual Density foam covered with water proofing stuff to give it the hard plastic look for when I paint it.

I may have to steal that! Sounds like a cheap and effective way to achieve the look. I like where this is going. Looking forward to seeing the mask.

Got the Tip from a cosplay friend of mine its aessentially just a brush on plasti dip effect lol works for what I need and is cheap enough being $20 for that bucket ( Here In Australia ) But Im sure you can find something the same where you are :) Glad my Little post can help someone else haha

nice. can you tell us the brand, or chemical compound, or something to make it easier for us to find this stuff. it seams like a good idea.

edit... never mind. the first time i clicked the pic it was too blurry to read the brand, but it was a computer issue. the second time i could see it just fine.

Sorry for the Lack of updates I got crook so was unable to keep up with everything lol this is where I got to...I think it looks ok no to shabby for my first attempt anyway haha
